Twitter Teaser - Terms and Conditions

1. Open to anyone who is 18 years and over and resident in the UK excluding employees of the Promoter and their families, affiliated companies and anyone who has been professionally connected with this competition (Entrants).
2. There is no limit on the number of entries into the Competition an Entrant can make. However, automated entries are excluded and will be disqualified.
3. The Competition is open on 1st December 2009 and will close on 20th December 2009 (Competition Period). There will be 20 competitions during the Competition Period.
4. Each Competition will open daily at 12.00pm and will continue during that day until a winner has been identified.
5. Promoter is not responsible for any results or competition entries that are not received and / or recorded for any reason.
6. To enter, Entrants must 'tweet' "#n97mini guess" guessing the image found at http://apps.vodafone.co.uk/n97minimystery/.
7. The first person to guess the correct identity of the picture will win the prize. A new image and winner will be identified each day during the Competition period. The correct guess will be an exact match for the key word or phrase used by the Promoter to describe the image.
8. Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days of being identified. The winner will have 7 days from the date the email is sent to accept the prize. If Promoter does not receive an email from the winner within 7 days, an alternative winner will be found.
9. The prize is a £100 worth of high street shopping vouchers (as chosen by Promoter). There are 20 prizes to be won. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
10. Names of all the winners will be published on the website via the @VodafoneUK Twitter profile.(http://twitter.com/vodafoneuk)
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity as so required by Promoter.
13. Entrants agree that Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by Entrants in connection with their participation in the prize draw other than that which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Promoter is not responsible for any unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control which may result in postponement or cancellation of the prize draw.
